International Cooperation Center for Engineering Education Development (ICCEED) was established at Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT) in April 2001. ICCEED cooperated with developing countries to enhance their engineering education since established and facilitated international exchange and alliances as a part of the Organization of International Affairs (OIA) in Toyohashi University of Technology since 2010.
