JICA Training Program "Regional Industry Cluster Development through University-Industry-Government (U-I-G) Cooperation"

ICCEED (International Cooperation Center for Engineering Education Development) will conduct the JICA Knowledge Co-Creation Program (Group and Region Focus) "Regional Industry Cluster Development through University-Industry-Government (U-I-G) Cooperation” from 30th September (Wed.) to 31st October (Sat.), 2015.
16 participants (Government officials, Academic staffs, and who are related to Cluster or U-I-G activities) from 13 countries will gain the knowledge in order to promote industrial development and regional innovation of their own countries or regions.
※13 countries: India, Indonesia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Tunisia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mexico, Philippines, Brazil, Pakistan, and Vietnam
The program will provide the lectures and case studies, which consist of Toyohashi experiences of regional development through cluster activities and Japanese cluster or U-I-G activities as case studies.
The program will be conducted with proactive discussion and constructive exchanges.
