Eligibility |
- Privately financed International students
- International students who are recognized by the university as having difficulty studying at the university due to a decrease in income from a part-time job or money sent from his/her home country due to the effects of COVID-19.
- International students at Toyohashi University of Technology after October 2020.
- The applicant must meet all the requirements for applicants and recipients of the fiscal year 2020 application guidelines.

Please submit the following five documents to the International Affairs Division by Friday, August 21, 2020. If all documents are not submitted, the application will not be accepted.
- Application form
- Copy of both sides of Residence card [Sample]
- Copy of JP Bank's passbook [Sample]
- Academic transcript for 2019 academic year
*If you are a new student in 2020, submit a transcript of your previous school.
- Documents to prove your language proficiency (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Japanese Language Proficiency Test, etc.)

- A scholarship recipient, whose scholarship admits to receive other scholarship, can apply to this scholarship.
- International students who are already receiving a JASSO scholarship for the 2020 academic year are not eligible to apply.
