[Attention]Notice regarding measures to the Ebola hemorrhagic fever epidemic

In regard to the recent epidemic of Ebola hemorrhagic fever in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) issued a notice urging people to pay close attention to the latest information and ensure their safety.
 We would like to ask your cooperation on the matters below.

  1. Please submit “Report of Temporary Leave” to International Affairs Division when you go abroad.
  2. If you have plans to visit Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Congo, please follow all instructions given by quarantine officials
  3. When you departing to/ retuning from Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, please do NOT go to a medical facility or Toyohashi Tech Heath Care Center. Please stay at your home and consult the following university contact or the nearest public health center by phone. If you contact a public health center, please inform university contact, too.
